OOO Pretty new Car...
smile.png
I need to get my hubby a new car soon UGH

Well not as cushy as my F150...but more cushy than my old subaru. Less espensive than the F150 is the big reason we did it. It is a very nice car. I have heard only good stuff about them. It is the same color as my truck was - pure coinsidence (sp?). Gonna be tight to haul birds around also...but hubby said maybe build me a little trailer to haul birds in if I have to. The Sorento is a bit bigger but it is a V6...the sportage is 4 liter so better gas mileage. Just saying.

And thank you...it is a fun car.

Yes, actually I have it all printed out...well not really a "blueprint"...but I used Google Sketch up to draw it out. Very simple design...all I need is someone to do the stud work...I can finish. I just don't know how to. I was really trying (hard) not to pay someone to do the work. I have a very nice pool that we are getting rid of...all the upgrades including chlorine maker and sand filter (above ground) thought we might try to trade for work ...or I am selling it to help pay for coop. Ask your friend if he may be interested in trade and/or what he would charge to build for me? I may have to break down and just pay someone. I am still reading on how to do though...I would really like to learn. I will be building other coops...so would be a good skill to learn the basics.

OK just a quick note. No you are not rid of me. I am ok just have a bit of (ok a killer) headache. I don't normally take much as far as pain pills. Let me tell ya I am more than willing to consume the ones they gave me. They say Vicodin (sp) but I think they are simply sugar pills cause they seem to do as much good.

Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts.
I also know that there are others who are going through worse times than me and I send my best to them. Hoping you all speedy recoveries.
Sincerely Rob
Well that just doesn't sound like any fun at all, especially when even the vicodin doesn't help. Hope you're feeling better soon!

When ? I do need to empty some birds out of the brooder !!!!!!!

I am trying I promise. R u going to be in Monroe any time soon? this weekend? Are you going to Stevenson? I am not? This weekend I actually have stuff going on...was kind of hoping to bring husband with me too to help me drive and know where it is I am going. Monroe I can do by myself and I have a place to stay. I am so sorry. I know this is a terrible inconvience for you and I want my turkeys.

Okay I may be able to help here. I had troubles getting the new bator dialed in, so I am now interested in turkeys too. If I get the turkeys to Enumclaw, and can keep them until Chinook Pass opens, will that help? I would even consider meeting at the top of the pass, unless anyone less would be interested in going in on the deal on the Yakima side? I am also open to a road trip out to the coast to visit with CL aka Robin.

Let me talk with hubby...that may help. I was trying to go next weekend. No, I am not making it to Stevenson... I don't have the $$$. I can stay with family for the road trip to pick up turkeys. I WILL make the fall show though.

Thank you for the offer. I will let you know. I need to talk with Robin too to see what works for her.

Oh.... I forgot to mention. I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic....yes diabetes runs in my family and yes I have some "immediate" family who are insulin dependent. "Pre" basically (from what I understand) means either "shape up now" or pay the price. It sucks getting old. Oh, and my vitamin D was at an extreme low level so I am on 50,000 units for 12 weeks (a week) and then recheck and back to 1,000 units a day if that works. Again...stinks getting old.

I understand. I have a Dodge 1500 Crew Cab and it takes about 90 bucks to fill it up. Thankfully its new and I get good mpg and I dont drive much just around town to the store n taking the kids to school and what not. My hubby drives 2 hrs a day to work and home so he has a little 2002 Saturn Which he loves but its almost at 200000 miles. And we are quickly out growing the little car with the 3 carseats. SO hopefully in the next year or so we will be able to get him a new car. Hes looking into the Traverse or the Durango. I want him to have somin with good 4WD or All wheel drive for the snow.

PS its always makes you smile when the hubby says you look hot
