How exciting!!! I got 3 again. For all I know, I think only 4 out of the 10 who are anywhere near laying are actually laying; my RIR and my 2 Buff Orps. My EE took a day off today.

So I have a great hubby. We were gonna go on a date...to Costco. He called and asked me for the whole list and did the Costco shopping before coming home to take our son to flag football practice. Now we'll have a proper date even if he hasn't had a chance to breathe at all today. Hoping he's not too stressed out when they get back. Babysitter at 6:30!

Got up the next morning so dehydrated and dizzy that I passed out while trying to get water from the bathroom tap. I fell hard on the marble floor. I cut myself from my shoulder to bum on a towel rack. Thankfully my head landed in a cardboard magazine holder and did not hit the floor. One side of me is all black and blue, and I feel like I have been in a car accident!

Yikes! That is scary, sorry that happened and glad it wasn't worse.

So how do they ensure they don't run out of food or water? That's very interesting!

When my four month old cockerel was shipped from North Carolina, his breeder put a slice of watermelon in to keep him hydrated.

MUST BE COUGAR GOLD OR VIKING, ETC!! IT IS SOOOOO ADDICTING! MY HUBBY'S UNCLE GIVES US A CAN EVERY CHRISTMAS. WORKS WONDERFUL IN FRIED POTATOES OR MAC N' CHEESE TOO!

My favorite is Crimson Fire, it's the Viking/white with peppers and is PERFECT in quesadillas, nachos, etc. Yummy!

We leave Saturday late morning. I don't think laying hurts them, right now it's just a new experience. Don't worry about her, soon it'll be second nature

I think the blue swedish is a boy, and the rest are girls but Im not 100% sure

I second that. Mine do it for a few minutes max and it's completely normal.
