Well I ran out of time for dinner. Guess I'm making breakfast for dinner again, instead of meatloaf. Oh well, everyone but me will be thrilled.

Oh ok! Maybe we'll try that tomorrow just so he has something to actually observe! Then he can make a note that ants didn't want the sugar but wanted the fish.

He's only 6 I know I'm making to big a deal of them not cooperating for our experiment today, but he was really excited when we made our speculations on what would happen and pretty deflated after they did nothing at all. LOL
Most of my experiments in grad school didn't produce as I had expected. But sometimes the lack of results steers us in another direction. A disappointing experiment is still a good learning experiment.

Awana is tonight. My daughter is in cubbys and I am a sparky leader.

I am going to be tired tonight.

We're going too! All 3. William is a Puggle this year, Jeanine's in Cubby's for the 2nd year and John is a Spark for the 2nd year. Fun times! We don't volunteer at AWANA because we already teach other classes on Sundays, but last year we did :) Love to see the spark in their eyes when learning at AWANA!

Quote: I am not to sure about that. See I happend to find a pink piece of fabric that looks to match your hidden identity scarf (I had to use the word scarf because what those darnded things are called has at this moment escaped me brain) and cought on the barbed wire was a bit of brite pink TAPE, the kind possible used to cover some ones phone!

I have seen this boy on here so many times, Oh yeah I LOVE me some Fudge!

OK sorry I am just VERY proud of him. Since it seems people are getting tired of it I will stop showing his picture!!

Quote: Oh, I don't think anyone said that CR. Actually Farmin Momma said she "loves her some Fudge," as most of us do! I know he's one of my favorite roosters.

I have one egg left in the carton. That's so bad when I have 11 laying hens currently all laying eggs. We eat too many eggs! Grr. Only got 5 eggs today and we ate 11 for dinner.

Put dye filled milk or sugar water around once you get them to come, and watch their 'bellies' turn colors!

How do you find an Awana group? We were homeschoolers to until this year, now my 2nd grader and 1st grader are in public while the preschoolers are at home. I figure I'd rather send them to public for elementary and get myself through school, then I can pull them back for homeschool for middle and high school :) Hopefully by then they won't need so much therapy time too (I have three that are SNs).
