Well I didn't bring my chickens with me from South Dakota and 2 out of 5 are dead already in the hands of the new owners (sister in law).

I expect the rest to die soon...so sad. There are just too many stray dogs on the reservation in addition to other animals.

My landlord here says I can have chickens. Anyone got some adult hens I can have?

lacasitarojafarm. Why not put the DE in your nest boxes and spread through out your shavings or what ever you use on bottom of coop?
I just recently purchased some and put it in both those two spots as well as on their perch so they will be sitting on it.
You can also stick it in their water and food.
Or just take the chickens and rub it in best you can in your situation.
Use a mask as the stuff goes every where.

Some of the ones I'd be interested in have maximums of five. I might not get a pair, much less a good pair.
