does this work??? wow--it's pretty cool!!

I have one and they work really well. Some have a hand turn handle on them.
There are some older poultry breeders who would trade their Farm Masters for any new incubator ever !
They are reputed to also hatch water fowl better than a new incubator.
They are made from redwood.

I can see the horses pacing the fence, tapping their hooves. As soon as they hear the door close as I head out I will get a horse chorus!

same thing here-- 'cept it's 'maaaaaaaaaaaa' and bwak bwak BWAAAAK oh and the DUCKS.. call ducks are so boisterous.

As much fun as I think it would be, the middle of the city isn't the right place for me to try hatching any eggs since we're limited as to how many hens we can keep. And No roosters allowed. But I have to say I'd be tempted by that incubator if I were in the market. That is one stylish piece of equipment! Looks like an old cabinet radio. Also interesting it's from Sears = about what year might that be from?

maybe. I have been looking at Brinsea's .. and they cost just as much. But the humidity for ducks is so durn touchy, I have no luck with a regular incubator. Even my silkies can only hatch about 1/2 and the ducks themselves hatch maybe 1/2 as well. Maybe 1/2 is as good as it gets

Nursing some injuries ... gave one of my cats a bath. Woke up to my daughter holding the cat's rear end to my face "Mom, Flumpers has poo stuck on her butt!" The day can only go uphill from here.

That reminds me when we lived in Cali near my DH's family. They are Mexican and I used to joke about when they came to visit, how many will show up. One time they came in a mini pick up and I thought good, theres only a couple then when they pulled up about 10 more climbed out of the canopy on the back of the pick up!
