Yes, as soon as I know they are fertile I'll have hatching eggs from them. Right now I have a black roo over two black pullets and the fluffiest blue pullet ever! I also have a Lav roo & girl, and I'm supposed to be getting another lav pullet this month. We'll be cracking these two eggs open to see if we can tell if they are fertile. If they are, we'll be putting some in our incubator as soon as the current hatch of BLRW's is over on the 25th.

Just a reminder, Washington Feather Fanciers Cascade Spring Show March 19th
Catalog will be complete and available for download via our website soon! www. washingtonfeatherfanciers.webs.com (take the space out)
Print a flyer and spread the word, looking forward to seeing you all and the ones we missed in December again soon!

We will have our raffle table set up, bring some goodies for the raffle!

Also we are planning for another Adult, Started, Chick, Egg Auction to help fund the show.
I am setting some eggs to hopefully get hatched in time to donate chicks to the auction to help fund the show, if you have good quality birds laying and can spare a few chicks or eggs, bring them along and donate!

See you soon!

Exciting! That's the day I was supposed to be born, but I chose the 9th instead. I hope the summer won't be too hot! I told my DH I would leave him unless we got AC.

Yes, that's the stuff. I love it. It has an Isopropyl base in it too which would be a sting factor.
A few years ago, my mom had surgery on her broken foot. All went well except there was a hole about the size of a quarter that would not close. The Dr gave them all manner of gunk to heal it. No go. Told Dad to use the Shreiner's on her but he said there was no way he was putting any GD horse liniment on his wives foot. Well, you can guess the rest. Finally after 6 weeks he gave in and within 2 days, seriously, it was closed up. I even put a bit in my ear when it seems like it wants to go into an ear ache. And whoop, it's gone. I put it on chicken injuries alla time and no only does it heal up quick but the other birds find the taste nasty enough to not beak on anybody. I haven't ever had a prob with things closing too fast, have you? I will watch for that now though.
I put it on a BO that was protecting her little babies from a hawk.. The hawk had ripped such horrible gashes in her back I was afraid she wouldn't make it. But the Schreiner's closed it up nicely with no infection or nuffin. I think that was my first experience with how well it works.

I'm just up Cedar Falls Road from them. I love it here; lots of nice people, and a few tirds as well, but I just avoid them.
