JBear! for you, Larry loves his girls and dotes on them. if he loses sight of them I can hear him across the yard griping away! no eggs yet, like I said in the text lol Larry tries to be the Rooster but they usually have a headache. he respects that too!! He is missing one of his long tail feathers and I kinda wonder if someone said no and he didnt take the hint and lost his feather in a lesson learned lol. Because he most certainly respects that no! now lol.

and I do adore them, Larry is no longer terrified of being touched, hangs out under my feet and will eat out of my hand now.

Eggsactly. I was tempted by that one, too, but I ordered the mini. I wouldn't be able to resist filling one capable of incubating 20 eggs.

My daughter in law was asking about black chickens, meaning silkies, last night. I'd be willing to grow some for her, but she'd have to process them herself.

I'm not sure what I am going to put in it first. lol But a capacity of 20 eggs... There deffinately wont be a lack of chickens running around. Luckily I already have people asking about getting chicks, and they dont care if they are pure or not. Hmm.... What to get first?...

Im taking a break, Ive been busy cleaning the craft room/ incubator room now all day oh plus a few other rooms in my house. My son keeps telling me to stop because Im making a bigger mess...

I now have a place for all my soaps and lotion thats made and a area for the goat info I need and a place to sew and scrapbook.. Now will I do it?

Cheryl, I just fit 36 eggs in my Brinsea Eco 20!!!! 12 are teeny tiny bantam & serama eggs though. You can fit way more than 20!!!!
