I am so sorry. Have they talked about palliative care to provide a better quality of life for the time left, and possibly extend her life? I am so glad palliative care, and hospice, have some a long way in the past decade.
Yes, they will do everything in their power to make her comfortable. She's not in pain from the cancer yet.
