6 years old is not even half way.
My golden lived till 15yrs.

Except he's considered a "giant" breed (or 1/2 of him is)...he's already having hip and elbow issues.

Most of these live to about 9 or 10 years old. My border collie x german shepherd I had growing up lived to be 15 but her last few years were pretty miserable.

Sometimes I rash all over, but symetrically, such as a ring around my head where a hat band would be: across the forhead & over the ears all the way around. Weird.
I cannot take sulpha drugs, but was wondering about this new drug Remicade, ever here of it ?
I am not sure but it supposed to lower the inflammation that can result...so do not know if it is classified as an NSAID or if it is a steroid.

I will have to look that up lol but I know I get little red sores on my legs, like dry skin spots that crack and bleed and then I got psoraisis... on my face...piss me off... I also am in the beginning of rhumatoid arthritis. Remicade and Humira were made for RA, side effect was it put crohns and UC in remission. so now it is an IBD drug. remicade is made from rat proteins. I see my doc tomorrow, will ask him what class it is as that is what they want to put me on...sadly I can not afford the 12 to 15 grand a year for it.

ETA: most all of that that comes with crohns is auto immune related, they can be controlled with prednisone but that stuff whacks me way out bad. drops my blood pressure to dead status. I dont like it....

oh yeah! I bought three 7x14 foot chain link dog runs today, they are panels, only got two with gates though. paid 380 bucks for them. good deal?

That's what I'm always curious of.

Someone once crossed a Collie w/ a Pyrenese, and I was thinking. . . Is he going to chase the chickens, then guard, then chase, then guard?

Luckily, my DH got a sub so we're good to go!

I will just not be able to sleep very well tonight & tomorrow....waiting for that ultrasound...so many what-ifs....sighs....I just hope everything looks good, measures right and IS right.

It is absolutely hilarious the things that kids do/happen. I guess we cry when it happens....then look back some 3 or 4 or 10 years later and laugh hysterically.

BOTH. Sometimes I have to correct him because he feels like he always has to put everything away (by herding them). He's not bad with the ducks & geese because they don't back down but the poor chickens, he will herd them around all the time if I ever let them out. He is an excellent guard dog.
