But really for a swarm if you can get to them it is best to just sweep into a box. Once the Queen is in you can tell and the rest will follow.

I think -- I'll do two -- RIR's for eggs and meaties and Wyandottes for eye candy -- oh and some EE's or Ameracauna's just for fun

Sure is quiet around here!

Hope all you Dad's, Grandpa's and other Father Figures had a nice day yesterday. We took DH down to Lakewood to Eagle Leather to get him a new jacket for riding. Then we went to Point Defiance Zoo. Then we headed over to Bremerton to catch the ferry back to Seattle. The kids LOVED doing that when we visited CGG to get chicks, and had to show dad. Then we stopped at Buca di Beppo for dinner! So all in all, we had a nice day and I think DH enjoyed it too.

Good news is, I HAD to recandle my eggs again on Saturday, just to see what things were looking like after forgetting to put them back in the bator after candling them on Friday which was Day 10. Well I only candled 4 because ALL of them were still dancing!!! Whoooo hoooo! So there is definently still hope for a good hatch.
