Anyone know if Pasilla and Guajilla chiles come in a paste already? I made Tacos al Pastor tonight and it sure would be a lot easier if I didn't have to mess with whole dried chiles.

Stump, question for you!

Last year they kept saying the La Nina was lingering an extra season and we would have another rough winter again. We are almost halfway through winter and except for a few bumps it seems warmer and milder than normal. I suppose we could just get slammed and get it all at once this month but could the La Nina have passed? If it has indeed passed we should be in for a mild early Spring shouldn't we? We have had 3 crappy Springs in a row. I suppose I could look it up but you know all the right places to look and you probably already know anyway. You are the best person to ask.

lots of you peeps have goats on here, I am looking for a weaned meat goat, who has them?? want a girl

Do you want to eat her or do you want to have kids with her. The reason I ask this is a lot of meat goat people get Nubian does and breed them to Boers. The reason I hear is because the nubians have better udders to feed the kids.
  I have nubians that are 2 that are looking for a new home.. But they are not to be eaten..

its for a friend, and I think they want one to eat... I dont eat goat lol. do you know anyone that has boers?
