wasp sting.. need help with getting the swelling down!

I've been stung by everything under god's great sun. Wasp, yellow jacket, may fly, cow ant.. you name it, I've been stung. Tobacco works the best. After that comes a ACV, baking soda, meat tenderizer paste. <---- for future refrence
