Any suggestions as what to do with how to process the leftovers like bones, innards, feathers on poultry mainly chicken, duck, and turkey.

The feathers and blood can go into the compost pile. My dogs eat most of the innards.

I always simmer the bones to make broth before they are tossed out. Intestines get tossed.

I'd put the bones into the garden except I can't justify the cost of a green bone cutter to grind them into bone meal.
