Waterfowl special from cackle!

Has anyone of you ever odered this special from Cackle hatchery? I did on saturday online Im still waiting for the ship date, but just wanted to know if any of you had gotten this beofre, if you did what did you get?

I did order chicks from Cackle before and they shipped what they said and all were ok. I think they are a good company to deal with

Oh yeah I've heard they sell gtreat chicks, but I was asking about the Waterfowl Special they have where they ship you 4 geese and 6 ducks for a not so high price but its up to the hatchery what breed or sex you will get, thats why I was asking if anybody here has got it before just to give myself an idea of what breeds to expect. thanks

There was someone who posted on here a while ago-from memory they got a good variety and quite a few extras.. I will see if I can remember who it was for you.

Did you get yours in yet? I ordered this last night.
I did ASAP on delivery and asked if it was possible if they could please send all the ducks the same breed and all the geese the same breed 'Pretty Please'.....we will see, crossing fingers.
Last year I ordered the Frypan Special...100 heavy breed cockerels and 3 female rouen ducks ( I already had 3 drakes at home)
When ordering I had the option of adding 5 rare breed chicks for free or 3 ducks for free. I chose the ducks.....and they sent me more rouens. Not one dead chick or duckling, all ate right away chirping and peeping, and a great assortment of breeds on the chickens.

Update, mine will be here 5/28, just found out today....I'll holler back here then, post a pic or two if I'm stumped on the breeds.

I have never ordered anything but chicks from them but I have been buying in large quantities for many years. I LOVE Cackle hatchery. Great birds, great service every time....except for that one time that they accidentally shipped me an extra 112 birds....oops kinda my fault but they were nice about it and didn't charge me.

Hey sorry I hadnt checked this thread lately, Anyways I got my order last wednesday!
I got 4 white chinesse goslings and 6 rouens. Im guessing you'll probably get 4 white chinesse goslings too, since they only carry 4 breeds of geese and there sold out for 2 of them for the year, so you'll probably get either african or chinesse, theyre really cute birds tho and none dead on arrival, and no extras either.

Woo-hoo, white chinese would be great! Yeah, I've been checking every other day or so to see what they've sold out of, to narrow down what I might expect. I told my husband, They're not out of wild mallards yet! Yikes, please please no wild mallards.

Wait, just checked again...all sold out of flying mallards...Hope that means good things for me.
