Watery nose

My Pekin ducklings have watery nares I just want to make sure it's normal or if I need to change something. (They are really clean and the water is clean.)

Are you noticing this even when they aren't sticking their heads into their waterer? It's hard to know if it's normal because normal to ducks is sticking their heads into water constantly and that means watery nares. If they are acting normal eating and drinking and running around it's most likely normal. If you notice raspy breathing discharge from eyes or nares that is mucus looking then there maybe something wrong.
