Hello friends!! I have a Barred Rock who has poop that is different from the rest of the flock, and this has been going on for at least 6 months. She has no crop issues, I dewormed about 3 months ago and didn’t see a change, but she was laying eggs just fine before she started molting. She has energy just like the other girls, but she never has that regular pasty poop like chickens normally do.

I love her SO much and I am wondering if my BYC friends have any thoughts/input on this! Thank you so much!!!

I have one that has had chronic watery poop since she had a bout of coccidiosis when she was little. Nothing helps her & it's annoying because I have to clean the coop more often than I did. She used to poop when she laid too, but that's lessened a bit with age. She is otherwise completely healthy & lays with no issues. :idunno Not sure if that's the case with yours, but I think sometimes it just is if they are healthy otherwise. Maybe you could do a fecal float?
