I know it’s not Wednesday yet, but I’m on vacation and missing my chickens so much! I don’t want to miss wattle Wednesday. Luckily I found this big guy with some amazing pepperonis on his face!

Wow he is a nice Roo, is he feral? He doesn’t look too old, maybe a year? If going by his spurs.
I would venture to guess young, also. And yes, he is feral. Him and bunch of other chickens roam freely in st. Kitts and Nevis. I love seeing feral chickens, but I want to take them all home!

Clyde got his name when he was attacked by a hawk a couple weeks ago! He is just a youngster just 20 weeks, but he faught the hawk for his life! I ran out screaming run Clyde! And when the hawk saw me it flew up into the trees. Clyde made it to the barn and I grabbed his sister Georgie who was hiding under a tree.
I checked Clyde over and he was ok, the two of us had a snuggle and some deep breaths.
