Wax-like plastic shavings in poop??

Just wondering if anyone's seen this before. Started in one chicken, now it's 2 or 3. Seems like it's on top of the poop and not so much in it though? Not sure if this is an external or internal issue and what I should do?

That's what I was thinking. Assuming this is normal then.. Should I be changing feed up at all? Protein bump?

High protein feed is good regardless. Many of us here feed 20% protein all the time. It's better for their physical and behavorial health

Higher protein is always a good thing to certain degree.

Depending on what all you are feeding now,
no change in diet will change the feather sheath shedding.
I assume your birds are molting?
