Wazine wormer for poultry and swine?

I recently purchased some Wazine wormer med to worm my flock and it also says its for swine. So... the directions on the back are kinda vague for swine..its more for big farm hogs. Does anyone know how much to give 2 small pot bellie pigs? Hammie weighs about 40-50 lbs i quess..i can still pick him up so he cant weigh more than that..and Dyson is still very small...i'd guess about 20 lbs at the very most. Thanks for any help.
