Totally nuts! I wish you lived next door, especially since I saw your new digs, wow, alot of room for chickens and goats there!!!!

it was great! thanks to those of you who put it together!

we will be having a large swap (at a legal location) on April 12 just across the VA border off rt 95. I hope lots of you can make it. its about 90 minutes from Raleigh!

maybe we can have a get together after that for the BYC folks.

Yeah I figured that if I sat on you then wildsky couldnt shove us out of the chair so easily, however she won out as usual.
And BTW (its you and me and NC and bantymum together) for fun!

I forgot about that!!!! Ya'll need to ask Zuni about the prize that he obviously did not open but MUST post pics of!!! It came with a xylophone!! He won it as we were being rushed out of the Golden Corral and it didn't get the clonking on the head from the shopping cart that it deserved!!! Do tell Zunibee!!!

Well, then the only thing I can tell ya'll is that you sure pictured OLD, lol!!!!! Blonde?? Been accused of that for my less than brilliant math skills, lol! but, no, before the gray, it was only brown!!

I totally forgot to take down that BYC banner on the wall and the one on the chair, loL!! I thought about that on the way home yesterday..guess whoever came in behind us will be checking out BYC today...or not, after hearing all those loud roosters!!!!

Ok, not shy here! Drum roll please.............. here is the default Gag prize I won! (Only folks that participate on this forum would know the meaning!) As you can see, I was playing a tune to get the crock to come eat and chipped the green key a bit!

We were wondering what the animal control guy was talking about...something about a call and the sky and roosters being wild...now it makes sense..... could it be wildsky that called!!!!!!!!

Actually the animal control guy was pretty nice. It was the management of Kroger that acted a fool.

On another note, we did have people come up and ask about getting into backyard chickens. I met a mail carrier still in his post office uniform. Very nice guy who wanted to get chickens and do some research on how to get started. I gave him the URL to backyardchickens.com and told him to come to the site where he could learn all he needed to know and people would love to help him out. I hope he shows up on the forum. So it was a good opportunity to promote BYC as well!​
