We ended up getting (was What breed?)

We might be getting this pup on Friday, but are concerned about breed. What do you think? It is approximately 2 months old and weighs 5 lbs.

Go by his temperment to decide if you want him, a dominant terrior mix can be a handful. Looks terrior of some sort.. He looks like he'll be a small dog.

What an adorible puppy. I say go for it. I have 2 dogs that are mixed breeds one is rott and lab the other is shepard lab and beagle. They all have breed traits but I would concider the personality. I finally have my Rott lab mix used to the chickens.

hmmm our puppy at 9 weeks weighed about that, and she is now 5 months old and only weighs in at 17 pounds.

He appears to have jack russel in him, possibly rat terrier (markings) heck he is probably about a gazillion breeds mixed into one, that will be hard to determine until he is done growing and mature.

I say get him, love him, teach him manners, socialize him like crazy, and it wont matter what breed(s) he is!

oh and send me some puppy breath, and kiss that cute lil nose for me!!!!

Who knows. I say a little bullish too.
But you can't go by weight. My German Shepherds were 5 lbs at 2 months, now they are close to 80 lbs.
