We have a 5 (?) month old lavender orpington not eating/moving, seems to have a sore leg?

I have seem some people have a good response to vitamin B supplements in the water. Here in Oz we can just add vegemite (a sandwich spread) to the water. I have no idea if you can try a crushed pill.

We never had any birds recover from MD (not saying that is what your bird definitely has, just looks similar to what we went through.)

She is a gorgeous bird, I have a real soft spot for blues and lav's.

Thanks everyone! Shes still hanging on...drinking when eater is offered, but she wont get up and move. We took her outside to be with her flock today and in an few hours she only moved a half a foot or so. She sleeps in the house for now. Wondering what to do if this continues...not worse, not better? Also wondering if maybe my puppy didnt try playing with her as I notices a few feathers outside on the grass, yet no obvious physical injuries on the hen.
The other hens seem just fine...so annoying not knowing what caused it and what the problem is.

It does sound like her tummy is VERY gurgly. Was wondering if she was having a problem laying a first egg or something.

Sorry that your chicken is not doing better. It may indeed have Mareks disease. If your chicken should die, I would recommend that you get a necropsy from your state vet so that you know for sure, since other birds may be affected or carriers. Also any new chicks should be vaccinated before adding. Here are some excellent links for reading:
