Is your broody separated or brooding with the flock?
Most concern is when to integrate back into the flock or to watch the interaction between broody and the other hens to make sure she's protecting them from injury.

@wrathsfarm brings up a great point. I move my broodies into a cat carrier and they hatch their eggs in the coop amid the rest of the flock. If you do this, the only thing for you to do is monitor that no birds are stressing out or harming Mama & eggs/chicks. Most broodies are a force to be reckoned with and so they are fine. If you separate them, then you have to integrate them into the flock as said above.
