But everybody's right.you have NO right to be mad at cackle, it's not there falt.

Cackle should have been more understanding and advised them to consult with a vet.

But wouldn't that be common sense? If someone called me 3 months after I sold them birds to complain that they were dying, I'm not sure what I would say. I'd probably be at a loss for words.
