We Quit Cigarettes

That one went over my head. Need. Coffee. Toddler woke me up way too early this AM
It's alright. I'm dealing with teen "in the doorway" .... Just weeks from the 13th birthday for 2 of the girls, the 3rd is (gulp) gonna turn 14 in October.

Good morning, quitters. It's coffee time, then a very quick 10-minute yoga session before I shower and get ready for my kid's doctor appointment. Then i have to pick the older toddler up...
The rain stooped for today, I see blue sky!!!! This means I get a day or so of gardening time before the gloom returns. Damned rain is going to make my outside-the-gate grass green so I'll have to keep mowing it over and this year..... eyeroll.

... Almost finished mowing the front yard just now came in for water break & check on kiddos ... (Can you guess?) I woke them at 8am..... It's 10:15 ermmm, 20 now.... Headed back out to tidy up and wait for the propane delivery.

Have as relaxing a day as possible y'all.

I went to visit a friend this evening and her daughter gave me a piece of gum, lol. I don't know what kind of gum this is, but I have got to find out. It doesn't stick to my fillings like most gum does!!! And it stops my snacking dead in its tracks, lol. I keep wandering over to the kitchen and looking in cabinets... then realizing that with this gum I've been chewing not much of anything would taste that great. Still chewing on the same piece 3 hours later. Gum is going on my shopping list for sure, right after I figure out what kind it was!
My daughter had to chew gum with her braces to correct a misalignment that was happening. I believe the brand was Freedent, but I think there are some other non-stick gums out there now. It worked. Pretty cool, huh?

I would talk to your ortho, though. If it corrected her problem, it obviously does have some effect on the treatment and could be good or maybe not, for your particular situation.

You will unless u take some precautions;
We have a little control center in our head which does not like to hear the words...."I will never have another cigarette again".......that is a no no and it responds with it's great might to defeat you.
In addition to all the basic things we are told not to do...i.e....no alcohol, no hot spices, exercise, etc, my 4 year success story was greatly assisted by treating the demands with........" well I won't have a cigarette now but....this evening after dinner (or other desiring times) I will have a nice fresh cigarette". I assure you when the time arrives that little center will remind you that it is time.
Re-dedicate yourself to a future time to have a cigarette but, not at that time....maybe with coffee in the morning. Follow that thru....extending the time of a longer duration as time passes. Example...:
This method works darn well, not just for addictions.... I told myself last week I would change the lightbulb out on my truck.. Guess what, a week goes by and I get sighted for driving at night with only one working light. Smh. :gig
:he

To give myself a little more time I could \ should have just pulled some the spark plug wires that way my truck would sound like a motorcycle.

Just kidding.
