I finally made french toast a few mornings ago.... This was a stages project that I cultivated over 2 weeks. Reviewing (in my mind) the ingredients & prep process; then I calculated the time and temp on the cooktop...... Had the kiddos help and as we mixed up the fresh eggs, and had them stir/wisk it up while I poured this & that in the mix.
I was realizing that I had as a base, like 3 or 4 recipes before you add all the extra fun stuff.....
Meanwhile on the butter soaked pan, they came out nearly perfect.
Coconut flour, unsweetened mini coconut flakes, apple spice mix, some extra cinnamon, soy milk, and then soak the slices for about 2 minutes then lay them on the pan soaked in butter.....
