We Quit Cigarettes

The Mex is going to kill me when he eats his breakfast taco in a little while.
I'm going to hide this package and act like nothing changed with his tortilla.

Yeah I got that and Disney+. I have Kindle unlimited too. I'm still in a funk from the happenings a few weeks ago. My rash is still lingering and making me miserable. I have to keep telling myself not to scratch the itch.
I'm waiting in the school line... Let me get home and I'll tell you the names of a coupleof good shows to watch.

They're a little bit ridiculous in price.
6, probably nasty, tortillas for five something....but I decided I need to eat more protein and fiber each day.
I can't find them but I'll look at other stores for them. I try to eat a lot of beans for protein, but it gets boring after a while.

My dinner tonight is vegan macaroni and cheese with baked potatoes on the side 😂 I ate a protein packed lunch. I'm making everyone else boneless country ribs, Mac and cheese, and baked potatoes.

Still not fully 100% with eating. It bothers me I can't eat like I used to. I'm sure by dinnertime I won't even be hungry.

You are putting them down tomorrow or Saturday?

Cutting back by 30% so maybe off them Sunday.

Fast food is bad bad bad. Fast food is FULL of salt and sugar. Cigarette addiction is pretty bad...but I think if I had a food addiction I might actually die trying to detox from it.

There is another app I got recently that might help you some.

Can someone check for me and see if this one is available to us regult people. (It's another one that I get from the Mex's job)

So incredibly true!! I can make tacos at home and no glucose spike after eating 3. Ate ONE at taco bell a while back and shot up 100 points (for those who do not know that is a huge jump)

Pretty good given that the regular ones same brand are 35 or 36 grams of carbs each.
I buy the extreme wellness flax tortillas these days. They look different than regular so hard to hide that switch. I think they taste fine.

My endocrinologist said if 50% or more of the carbs are from insoluble fiber 50% of the insoluble fiber can be subtracted from total carbs. That puts these at 11 grams roughly.
