We Quit Cigarettes

It 100% wouldn't hurt to try and see. Not saying get 100% off the phone but set limits. Like 2 hours a day is all. The rest of the time connect with the outside world.
Looking for work is a great step.

I read studies a long time ago that being online to much especially social media negatively impacts anxiety levels.
Be brave! A job will help you see you have a lot to offer the world.
Scary as heck at first but that passes quickly.

She might have a lot more to offer you.
Don't try, just DO.

Only two hours the entire day!? :th

I did actually try to set limits last night though just for kicks but turns out you can hit ignore limit which kind of defeats the purpose. :th

But it might at least be a good visual reminder haha

And yeah I think it definitely does haha but not just the act of being on the stuff itself but it’s also hard to tell tone or whatever so sometimes that’s stressful too. I just need to get off it more.

And yeah, I’m going to call tomorrow I’m pretty sure and see if she even has any availability.

Yeah, Miss Sunshine passed Sunday afternoon at home. It was a rough few days with very little sleep and there was a blizzard and all the roads were closed and none of the vets were open. We knew it was coming and she was almost 15 with cancer, but it doesn't make it any easier. She was a big part of my life for a lot of years.

So so sorry :hugs

I'm so sorry to hear it. :hitIt's hard to say goodbye even when you are relieved their suffering has come to an end. My mom died a little over a month ago. I was standing right by her bed and she just took a little breath then stopped. I know it was time. She was gone long ago, but it's still so sad.

I'm so sorry about your girl. They're such an influence on everything when you're that close with them. :hugs

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom, Cindy. That's an awful pain to lose your mother. Big hugs to you.
