I don't think I have mentioned this yet, but @Kiki inspired me to start wearing a fitbit. Doing this inspired DH to wear one too, and now that we wear them, we are noticeably less lazy. For example, when we go shopping, neither of us feel the need to park close to the store, instead, we like to find a spot far away from the store.

On the inspiration front, I'm down somewhere between 3 and 4 pounds on the diet front. A couple of set back days, but I'm still moving in the right direction. Smaller portions are really critical for me.
