We Quit Cigarettes

Five day average of 23.8 smokes. Down to 16 and 15 the last two days. If I can keep that up, that saves almost three packs a week  "Baby steps", my new mantra
This is great.
Toddler steps are just around the corner.
After a few tries, I smoked 8 cigarettes a day for 4 years because I found it too difficult to stop completely. It sure is better to smoke a package in 3 days than smoking a package day.
(and after 4 years I finally did it...quitting completely.)

Can it be a side effect of the medicine?
Yeah...there is one more that I won't mention that's getting on my nerves too but I did buy some over the counter pills for it.

Might be one on the reasons I gained a pound or two this week.

Makes zero sense to me how this magical blue pill works on the brain and makes zero sense to me how if can stop your regular bathroom visits.

Been up for 2 hours now
Woke up at 6:30 am. Busy all day.
Duck eggs are THE BEST for baking. I'll never be able to bake with chicken eggs again.
Duck eggs are great for baking, but white don't make great merangue. Have used Guinea eggs as well as pheasant, turkey and quail successfully in baking and hard boiled. Quail make cute deviled eggs.

TMI but I gotta keep it real.
Have you looked up what essential oil would be helpful for headaches?

Nat don't read this post.

I'm not a complainer and I thought last week's constant headache was from my period.

I still have a headache.
It's not bad but it will not go away.
It's starting to get on my nerves.
Either spring allergies, detoxing, or something else. I'm sorry. I hope it gets better. Maybe mention it to the Dr.
