ITS CALLED MIND OVER MATTER ,AND YOU CAN DO IT FIRST THROW ALL CIGARETTES AWAY ALL ASH TRAYS .CLEAN YOUR CAR ASH TRAYS WASH DOWN ALL WINDOWS IN THE CAR ,WHEN I DECIDED TO QUIT I JUST QUIT ,BEFORE I DID EVERYTHING USED CHANTEX DIDN'T WORK GOT HIPOTIZED DIDN'T WORK,SO I JUST UP AND QUIT ,THEN IN JULY OF 2018 WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL,COULDN'T BREATH AFTER TWO OPERATIONS I CAME HOME WITH AHOLE IN MY THROAT I BREATH THROUGH,BUT CAN;T NEVER TALK AGAIN ITS BEEN ROUGH WHEN YOU CAN'T SAY ONE WORD ,BUT NOW THANK GOD I'M CANCER FREE THAT IS WHAT CIGARETTE SMOKING DOES TO YOU SO PRAY ALOT AND SAY I CAN QUIT AND WHEN YOU DO YOU WILL BE SO PROUD OF YOUR SELF GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU GENO

It was me. I was ask my favorite 10 movies. After I made that list, I thought of more that are better than those.
