From my understanding presumptive positive means that they tested positive but the CDC hadn't verified the positive test yet. For some reason CDC needs to double check all the tests, guess they don't trust anyone else to do it right or something.

Presumptive positive means the state did a test and it came back positive and now the CDC is varifying it so basically it's a positive

Once they varify so many and all are conclusive they will not need to be varified by the CDC

Jesus. Some of the counties in my state are ordering people to stay home unless their business is absolutely necessary. Misdemeanor to disobey. It's called a shelter in place order. That might be taking things a little bit far.....
