We Quit Cigarettes

I am happy you see this lady.
See her and a psychiatrist.
Once a week each.
You'll be fixed up in no time.

Why see both though? A psychiatrist isn’t any better. The only difference is they can prescribe medicine.

Don't make me start an ignore Kdog thread...I'll do it.:old

:lau :ep :th

This thread is like a Jerry Springer show 😂

:lau

We should all do Lives on YT at the same time....would that be like one big video group chat?

:lau

Some are addicted to the drama and attention of constant medical issues.

What dog thing?

So tempting, this thread would be much shorter if we did.

I dog walk and pet sit so I need it so clients can reach me.

My daughter went through some major stuff when she was little. I found her a therapist. She saw him once a week from the time she was 7 till she was 16. I credit him with saving my little girl. He was 'just' a therapist but he was truly a godsend :)

It would be a waste of time and money because I have zero interest in going on medicine and they are literally the same thing besides that Also they’re not the only two kinds. There are many more kinds too. Counselors, psychologists, etc. And they are all equally valid and professional. They all went to years and years of training. They just help with different things and that’s the only difference. And I actually feel that this lady is better for me because they focus more on behavioral changes and getting you to change whereas psychiatrists just want to put you on medicine. They don’t really help you deal with or change anything. I majored in this stuff. I know lol

I'm about two seconds away from clicking that green button at the bottom.

This is the squishing machine.
I worried for nothing.
It wasn't bad at all.View attachment 2032028

I have yet to do this. I asked my Dr. about it a few years ago and he recommended that I wait. That was back when I was 40. I'm not looking forward to it. It does make me feel a little better about it since you said that it wasn't that bad. I'll get around to it eventually lol.
