We Quit Cigarettes

@RoosterML
I stepped it up a notch this week compared to last week.

@Kiki , congrats. 🎉
Almost 2 weeks without them smelly, unhealthy smoke sticks. The hardest days are over now. As long as there is no stress situation it’s getting easier every week, every month. Never forget how hard it was to quit whenever something stressful happens. Don't start again. Ever.

Who else is quitting? Are you all doing fine?

I had a real life stressful moment the other day.
I was about ready to lose my stufft and I found myself sitting in my smoking chair for a minute.

I was this close to getting in the car to go buy a pack.
I snapped myself out of it real quickly.

I think that was a test and I passed.

I am going to win, this time, no matter what.

Feel free to go to sleep for the night right now.
I would love nothing more!!!!! I have dinner in the oven and toddlers to feed and get ready for bed or I would be in bed by 6:30. Oh, and some homework assignments I need to get done after the little darlings are asleep. Sigh.... I did have a great few seconds of that go to bed early fantasy though, thank you!!! I needed that refreshing thought.

I think I am winning because I really wanted to quit.
I think the whole really wanting to quit is a must.
If you don't really want to quit then you will not win.

I am still positive the Chantix is making it easier for me.
I am still 100% sure I could not do this without the Chantix.

I’m still shooting for 3/3/2020 to start my Chantix. I feel ready this time. I hope I’m right.
