We Quit Cigarettes

Oh hell, then I for sure don't need one! I don't sleep. I move a lot. But probly not as much as you.

I just got one. It can track your heart rate, water intake, calories, remind you to take meds, etc...

I'm using mine strictly as a reminder to make healthier choices.

This is one of my big goals. I swear, I still work basically to pay for my smokes. I want to see if I can afford to quit working after I quit smoking!!

I feel ya! It’s going to be weird to sit around and NOT reach for a cigarette.
Start quitting with me! Kiki has been a humongous inspiration for me!!

Do IT!! Check their website! :pop

Tomorrow is Day 1 of my Chantix. I’m giving myself 12 days to actually cut out the cigarettes, but I hope the Chantix makes me do it sooner.
For anyone that hasn’t tried Chantix lately, I was shocked to find that my insurance paid 100% of it. I didn’t have to pay a dime. So why not try it?! Years ago, my dentist wrote me a script for Wellbutrin. I had to pay part of it, but I don’t think I was ready then. It didn’t work. I hope I’m more ready now!! 40 years of smoking (minus my one pregnancy year off) is going to be rough. But I’m motivated. :fl
@WVduckchick Sounds like a great idea, I will let you know when I have finished this carton and we will be off to the races, together!! :highfive:

I keep thinking (I said) a cigarette would taste pretty good right about now.
Week 3 can often be the hardest, I am not sure why, cause the nicotine has been out of your system for a while. Just hang tight, you will be successful, cause you want to and you have a cheering section that waits with baited breath to hear how you are doing each day. :hugs
