contaminating your temple (body) is NEVER necessary. That’s called denial, which facilitates addictions. This is about your lifestyle, which you choose to walk in. We all do. Some rationalize and procrastinate because that’s easy and others do something to do what they believe is good. Don’t lie to yourself.

Sometimes I google (well, I don't actually google; I Duck Duck Go 'cause duckies don't track you and google is the devil) anyway... sometimes I do a search just 'cause I'm embarrassed I don't already know and do not wish to expose this by asking in case it means I'm woefully ignorant...
