Hope y'all are all doing well & progressing towards goals of sobriety & non~dependency?
I'm super behind on all threads but still wanted to check on y'all & let y'all know that y'all're in my thoughts.

Thanks for taking the time to check, I think most of us are doing well and moving forward in each of our goals. How are ?

I made it through the day without smoking again. I can't wait for this day to be over. Sick kids wearing on me, cold and windy and cloudy out today so I've kept them inside. They are starting to drive me bonkers, and one of them is super crabby to boot.
