Bananas can be picked green and placed in a closed bag to hasten ripening. All bananas sold in stores are harvested green.

Yeah it's cool to see the giant ripening containers. The ones I saw look like giant vaults with there own lighting, temp and humidity settings. And how they ripen them staggered so none go bad

I have my Christian music station blasting because I feel like it's the only thing keeping me grounded at this point. If I had zero control, I'd be smoking, drinking, or doing drugs. I'm having a hard time. My friends are all falling apart.
