I just tried calling my feed store to make sure they got chicks in yesterday and they're not answering the phone.

Mine gets them every Tuesday. Huge demand right now. They sell out within 4 hours. Guessing 300 chicks. Amazing to me. But these people will get eggs in 4-6 months.

Picture the Amish market yesterday with every one of those stations filled with a person, and me weaving my way through to the bathroom. Oh, the looks of suspicion. Then in the bathroom there is the guy who screams. "Oh no, not you again." as he runs out the door. Sorry, I just make that part up. The first part was true. I am a people watcher/reader, and those folks were big time stressed.
