I know the breed. Different suppliers have different strains of them. Cobb500 and Ross308 are 2 such examples. I was just curious as to which strain I should try to avoid, lol

And our TSC uses Hoover. So no clue on the strain. I don’t like them though.

have you ever heard about the deficit the body goes into with "B vitamins" from tobacco and the stuff in it? I have posted in this thread way back there.... care to use the search window for it?

So, serious request for wisdom / advice from y'all experienced Hatcher's.

I posted yesterday a silkie hatchlings thread, this AM I tagged a few names I thought would either have wisdom or know who to tag for wisdom..... Only got 1 so far. From Allen in deep South Tx.

I fully admit to painting myself into a corner by getting distracted by kiddos final weeks of homeschooling & struggles with dogs & preping the coop for the hatching.....

I'm headed out to take care of the coop & check on the eggs again!
Anyone gonna have a chance to help of reach out to others who can advise as I've got to byte the bullet very soon/this week I'm guessing.

I took a test two years ago that says physically I am nearly as old as @sourland . I believe that chronologically we are in the same decade.

Does @CarpCharacin know about this test?

After I'm done doing house chores I might paint my short, kinda ugly toenails with dollar store nail polish. My toes haven't been painted in 2 summers now.... thanks for the inspiration ladies!!! I think there is some polish in storage, so won't cost anything to do.

It had been so long since I painted my toes I had to trash all of my old rotten polish and go buy one new one.
I was going to pick up a pink color today but forgot.

I use a plug in the wall incubator so I'm not help.


I'd leave everything alone and see what happens if I were you.

I have only done a broody hatch once so I am no help. But these two threads are really good and are watched by knowledgable folks. Maybe try posting your questions there too?
