Weak baby chick, possibly cocci, please help!

Mom is making the best of the situation, making a nest in the shavings. She isn't super excited to be inside, but she hasn't tried to jump out of the box yet. I think she will stay with her chicks, she is a good broody mom. I don't have a carrier large enough to put them all in, so this box will have to do for now. Just have to make sure the cat is locked up in my son's room for the night!

Aww. they are adorable. I think their weight is good because these are the weights of my chicks at 4 days old.
Black sex link was 1 1/4 oz
Brown sex link was 1 1/2 oz
Australorp was 1 1/4 oz
Silkie was only 7/8 of an oz (she stayed that weight from day 1 to day 4)
So I think yours are actually a really good weight/size. Even my 2 new EE's were the same weight as my brown sex link at 4 days old. Speaking of my new EE's they are jumping out of the brooder at the moment! Only 2 weeks old!

Baby Ace is doing much better this morning! I think the antibiotics are doing the trick, b/c when I went to bed she was still not eating. But this morning she is running around, eating and drinking on her own, so encouraging. I'm going to continue antibiotics and keep corid water in with them, but feeling pretty hopeful at this point. Thank you all so much for your help and support, I will update if there is any change.

So Ace is doing great, you would never even know she was sick yesterday. I decided to keep her on the cephalexin instead of switching to baytril, mostly b/c it is working and I don't want to upset her system with a new antibiotic in two days.I wish I had figured out that it was a bacterial infection and not cocci in time to save the little yellow chick and the other chipmunk chick, but at least this one is doing well. They just go downhill so quickly, from healthy to dead in a matter of hours with the other two. You live and learn I guess. If we hatch again, I will have the baytril on hand just in case, and treat at the first sign of weakness. I moved mom and the three babies outside to a small tractor I have (6'x2'), momma hen was stir crazy in the box. They are all scratching and having a good time. I weighed Ace, and she is up a little to a full 2 oz, yeah! Thank you all again for all of your help and well wishes, I would not have been able to save this one without your input.
