If you can get a picture of the yellow material in her beak that would help. The medication could be helpful if she has coccidiosis, and if you have to treat the others you may need to. Sulfa can be hard on chickens and their kidneys, so give the dosage as prescribed on the package.

As they were walking around outside my mom spotted her laying on the ground so I picked her up and put her in a box.
I’m trying to give her medicated water but she’s not drinking. She does take bites of watermelon before “falling asleep” while standing.
