Weak Chick

I got 30, 3 day old chicks and one isn't acting right. it seems weak and when it walks it falls over, but can get back up and run until it falls over again. It eats and drinks. Iv'e been feeding it egg yolk and Vit E but it is now 6 days old and hasn't really improved although it's still alive. What could be wrong? Is there more I can do for it?
