weak legs and over weight

What should I do because I see many of my little chick can't walk and fly I think because of over weight, two week ago one of my chick die because it can't walk anymore.
what is best feed to give to my chicks to make their feet stronger.

If they are over weight maybe you should stop feeding treats and only feed the complete poultry feed.
