He will be 3 weeks old Sat. They are eating 24% Manna Pro Gamebird Crumbles. The other two are doing really well but this guy just seems very lethargic. He keeps his head low but he isnt wobbly. He does fluff his feathers out every now and then. Any suggestions as to what I can give him or any advice is appreciated. These are my first ones so keep in mind I am a big time amateur. I am not familiar with turkeys but this should be done no matter what type animal you have.

Check him over top to bottom in the feathers under the wings in the ears. look at the poop...color runny, solid... etc.....while looking see if there is any other visible signs of any kind..... look for lice/bugs eggs...etc. this will be a good start.
