Genuinely better to spend the hot days outside in the shade than inside the house, gotta love old buildings

Oh, and because I'm near the lakeshore, humidity gets pretty terrible here too. Bleh. I used to prefer it over dry heat because dry heat gives me headaches. At least you can cool off in a dry heat!

Supposedly humidity is good for asthma but I've never understood it, it makes it feel like there's a 10lb weight on my chest, drowning inside my own lungs feels so gross

Yep, air-conditioning is mandatory in some places for a reason, in a humid heat there's diddley squat you can do about it except suffer

I don't know maybe asbestos because I've layered with everything I have and about 20 minutes outside has been my limit.
Even my poor old truck said screw this I'm going back to bed and didn't even try to turn over this morning.
