Thanks for the edit! Really hoping for pullet...Nutmeg: Looks Boy yet i'm thinking girl Eclipse:Comb is screaming girl...for now... Pebbles: Girl for sure!
I am guessing you have 2 pullets and 1 cockerel. Looking forward to updates!
I personally choose not to DNA test…good luck! Hoping for at least 2 girls! We have a few chicks right now (7). I am thinking atleast 4 females (they are still too young though and it’s mainly wishful thinking). Thanks for the edit! Really hoping for pullet...
I really wish I had gotten them dna sexed but it don’t really want to hurt them, and now I think it’s better to wait.
Nutmeg is a buff, not a partridge.Ok! 8 week photos! I forgot to wet Pebbles and Eclipses crest, but remembered for nutmeg at the last moment. I’ll include a few photos of her with her crest both pushed back and dry and fluffy.
Nutmeg: (Partridge)
Dry, fluffy.

Oh! There was this whole thread discussion about it.Nutmeg is a buff, not a partridge.
Buff can have some partridge pattern as chicks. It’s likely she’s actually a mixed color, but appears outwardly buff (silkies are often mixed colors, she probably has some partridge genetics). Do you have a full body picture of Nutmeg?Oh! There was this whole thread discussion about it.
