Week old chick not eating or drinking

Hi , have a chick that is a little over a week old housing with my 2 week olds. Today she is kind of quiet although she does eat and drink. Any suggestions as to why? Would really hate to loose her.

You can try separating her and giving her her own food and water supply. Sometimes the others will keep one away from food and water.
