Week old chick with swollen foot

I have a week old Easter egger who hasn’t been growing with the others. It won’t walk and when it does it’s only a few steps and then it lays back down. I’ve been making sure it eats and drinks because I’m not sure if it would do it on own. The swollen foot must be the problem. But I’m not sure how to fix it. If I’m not positive on what’s going on. If anyone has any treatment options or anything that would help it would be greatly appreciated. I’ve also noticed the foot in question shakes.

I have very little foot expierience, other than broken toes galore. I hope she gets better!
