Weight loss and green liquid poo

During the day I keep my house raised pet chicken outside in my varanda.During the afternoon I bring him inside his cage.
He has access to water and food at all times.
Recently he has recorvered from a sour crop.But for 3-4 months now he has been having green poop.
This is not greens as I have limited the number of times he is taken outside to my garage.
I have tried apple cider vinegar and electrolytes.I feed him tap water and chicken feed from the market.He is 5 months old.

The best thing to do is have a veterinarian test a fecal sample to see exactly what you are dealing with. So many things can cause this and you can try all kinds of OTC products that may or may not work.

Having said that, the two simplest things you can do is deworm him and add probiotics to his diet. I'm not a fan of yogurt, though some folks love the stuff. I prefer to use Bene-Bac:
